Not sure what clubs to join? Let astrology be your guide
With more than 800 student-run clubs and organizations at Rutgers, it can be really difficult to find the ones that best suit you. When I was a first-year, I remember being lost in the pool of options and afraid to dive in. Instead of feeling worried and overwhelmed as you enter your college journey, let the stars help guide you!
While this list is not exhaustive by any means (there are literally more than 800 clubs), I have carefully handpicked a variety of organizations that I personally think each of the 12 Zodiac signs would enjoy here at Rutgers. As the University has so many niche clubs, organizations for individuals of specific identities, etc., I tried my best to stick to more general clubs based on the major personality traits of each sign.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
As an Aries, high energy and enthusiasm come ingrained in your persona. You are confident, love a good adventure and are a natural born leader. No matter what organizations you join, people will look up to you and your energy!

Caring and passionate, you love being there for others, Cancer. Joining a service-based organization will be a great way for you to showcase your thoughtful and attentive nature and expand your protective soul.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21)
Why so serious, Scorpio? Your intense and complex persona may often lead you to struggle to find a club that truly suits you. Though, with hundreds of organizations, Rutgers will have the perfect one to satisfy your curious and passionate soul (yes, you have one).

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)
You are one fiery person, Sagittarius! Your personality burns so bright that it will surely bring so much energy to any club that you settle on (omg commitment, so scary). Jokes aside, you love adventure, intellect and all things fun, and you thrive on spontaneity and conversation.

It’s truly the best opportunity you have all year to get involved, and it's a great start to the semester.
