On Oct. 7, Young Americans for Liberty and Turning Point USA held a rally on the College Avenue campus to protest against the mask mandate and call for medical freedom. The rally was also met with counter-protesters.

No Forced Masks Rally (10/7/21)

On Sept. 25, students, faculty and New Brunswick citizens took part in March to Rutgers Gardens. Located on Ryders Lane, the Gardens are difficult to access from the main campus due to a lack of sidewalks and bike paths. The march aimed to raise attention to this issue through a 2-mile walk from the main campus to the Gardens. Upon reaching the Gardens, the University held festivities like live music, dancing and speeches from Rutgers faculty, all to raise awareness on the importance of Rutgers Gardens.

March to Rutgers Gardens (09/25/21)

The Rutgers football team hosted Delaware at the SHI Stadium on Saturday, September 18th. The Scarlet Knights defeated Delaware 45-13 in its third and final non-conference game of the season. With the win, the Scarlet Knights (3-0, 0-0) are now undefeated through their first three games for the first time since 2012.

Ep. 1: Keeping Score with Ray and Josh

The Organization of Luso-Americans at Rutgers held a samba workshop on Feb. 21 as a part of their Série de Culturas Lusófonas, which is a program where Rutgers students can explore Luso culture through food and dance. During the workshop, participants were guided by a dance instructor to learn the Afro-Brazilian dance.
