NBPD, Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office investigate sexual assault near College Avenue campus

The New Brunswick Police Department (NBPD) and the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office are investigating a sexual assault that occurred at a house party on Easton Avenue, according to a University-wide email alert.

The victim is affiliated with the University, and the incident is reported to have happened at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. The description of the assailant was not provided in the email alert.

The NBPD asks anyone with information to contact its detective bureau or the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit.
