Rutgers police searching for 4 suspects in theft of athletic equipment

Rutgers police are searching for four men who are suspected of stealing athletic equipment from the Rutgers Athletic Center (RAC) on the Livingston campus two weeks ago.

Around  3 a.m. on Nov. 11, four men entered the Piscataway building and stole a "high value of athletic equipment," the New Jersey State Police said in a Nov. 22 Facebook post. Police shared photos of the suspects. 

"Help us help our brothers and sisters of the Rutgers University Police Department nab a quartet of suspected thieves," the state police said. 

The Rutgers University Police Department (RUPD) is asking that anyone with information or in the area at the time, contact the department's Detective Bureau at (848) 932-8025.
